A dedicated research team of Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena in Germany has leveraged our Levante IR fs OPO system to explore the ultrafast control of time-reversal symmetry in monolayer WSe₂, paving the way for advanced valleytronic applications.
Their recent publication in Nature Photonics demonstrates how second-harmonic generation can serve as a powerful tool to detect and manipulate valley imbalance at room temperature!
