New Publication with APE’s Signal Processing Unit
October 14th, 2024Congratulations! We are pleased to announce the fresh publication of the paper, “Cell sorting based on pulse shapes from angle resolved detection of scattered light,” in Communications Biology.
This research, authored by Daniel Kage, Andrej Eirich, Kerstin Heinrich, Jenny Kirsch, Jan Popien, Alexander Wolf, Konrad v. Volkmann, Hyun-Dong Chang, and Toralf Kaiser, introduces an innovative flow cytometry technology that leverages scattered light for label-free cell analysis and sorting, offering a promising alternative to traditional fluorescence-based methods. The applied signal processing unit of APE enables an innovative real-time compression of cell-specific scattering light parameters for the cell sorting process.
