Innovation Seminar 2022

Here at APE, We are having currently a three-day innovation workshop in a hotel in the beautiful Schorfheide. It is an important event for everyone, as we clearly know that there is a creative power lurking within everyone, and all this power needs is the right environment to let it flow.

During the workshop, colleagues from different positions with different experiences, different cultural backgrounds and different expertise come together to think differently, make connections and ultimately align, focus and organize around value-added initiatives.

We will discuss many themes including but not limited to:
Product performance improvements and market opportunities
New products development
How to solve problems
How to improve understanding and collaboration across departments
Crisis management
What have we achieved since the last innovation workshop?
What can we expect in the future?

Through the annual APE Innovation Workshop, we want to strike a good balance between having fun, learning from each other, validating our own experiences, and focusing on our routine work.
