Innovation is the fuel that takes us to the future. Two weeks ago, APE organized an internal innovation seminar in beautiful Schorfheide (Brandenburg). During many brainstorm sessions, we reviewed subjects like our product portfolio, future products, sales & service, the production & testing procedures and internal communication. Wenting has started her new journey in our sales team in Berlin. She finished her master study from University of Europe for Applied Sciences in Berlin with emphasis on customer management. Thanks to Wenting´s capabilities and background, she is an excellent fit as sales manager. Her focus will be on dealing with RFQs, engaging with customers´projects and being a representative of APE at various trade shows in China, Germany and other countires. During the virtual Advanced Solid State Lasers (ASSL) conference, our colleague Mateusz Ibek will present our method for High-Dynamic Range Pulse-Contrast Measurements. This is mainly intended to investigate the background intensity besides the actual laser pulse, which can give additional insight to laser developers and scientific researchers.
