You can expect the following highlights this year at our booth:
New! pulseCheck SM 2000: The updated version of the long-range pulseCheck SM autocorrelator offers a scanning range up to three times larger and a measuring speed up to five times faster than the previous long-range models.
New! Carmina: The tunable IR laser source sets new standards in terms of resolution and tuning range. The unique combination of 300 cm-1 broadband and 20 cm-1 narrowband emission covers the two complementary nano-IR techniques s-SNOM and AFM-IR.
New! Carpe: The autocorrelator for pulse duration measurement directly at the microscope is now also available for the wavelength range 1250 … 2000 nm. And thanks to a redesign, the price has dropped significantly!
