Picosecond Ti:Sa Substitute
November 29th, 2023did you know that APE offers an automated OPO that covers the Ti:Sa wavelength range plus all the way up to 2.2 µm?
The Levante Emerald OPO delivers narrowband picosecond pulses at 80 MHz and features convenient, fully automated wavelength tuning. The user simply enters the desired wavelength into the software and the OPO does the rest. It is equipped with power sensors and a spectrometer so that the output has exactly the right wavelength and optimal power. The icing on the cake: Gone are the days of spending a lot of time to bring the ps Ti:Sa laser to mode-lock. The OPO’s pump laser delivers ultra-stable pulses at the flick of a switch.
